Scrappers Haven ships all orders via Australia Post for a flat rate of $7.00 for each order.

All orders are shipped from Hervey Bay in Queensland during business hours Monday to Friday.

You should allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days delivery time and even longer during peak times such as at Christmas.

All orders are posted to the address you indicate in your order and we will post orders to an address other than your own if that is what you request when placing your order.

Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days have elapsed please contact your local Post Office to see if there are any known delays before contacting us.

We will send a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
